“Premium homes manufactured from $233k” pricing is based on the standard design and inclusions of the 1×1 Shorehouse One only. The cost does not include installation, delivery, energy allowance, façade upgrades, fees from any service providers, connections, additional site-specific engineering, Cyclone and/or coastal upgrades, BAL reports and any resulting upgrade requirements, window furnishings, LPG bottles and brackets. Pique Mod Pty Ltd reserves the right to end or alter these costs at any time. Offer is subject to all sales documentation being received and signed off by the client within 14 days of an initial deposit. All floor plans, façade images and photographs have been used for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the final product shown. Upgraded floor plan options, textures and fittings may also be shown. Speak to a PIQUE representative for more information or clarification.
House And Land Packages
House and Land Packages advertised comprise of two separate pricing components: (1) House price and (2) Land price.
Advertised Pricing: Prices specified may vary and be subject to change once all site works plans are completed and the current market value of the land and other relevant costs are taken into consideration. Pique Mod Pty Ltd and the owner of the land reserve the right to alter the home, land and site work prices.
House Prices: On a typical site, the house price component of the advertised price includes: (a) the specified floor plan and specification; and (b) a site works allowance. Typical site conditions are subject to change following a detailed site-specific analysis which includes, but is not limited to, a site survey and a soil classification report, energy assessment, bushfire attach level report. The final house design is subject to change, based on site specific requirements, and any local Government or developer covenants, which are beyond Pique Mod Pty Ltd’s control.
The elevation and images are for illustrative purposes only. Illustrations may include features not included as standard or not supplied by Pique Mod Pty Ltd, including but not limited to; elevation features, landscaping features such as planter boxes, turf, letterbox, outdoor areas, retaining walls, water features, pergolas, screens, gates, fences, paving, decking, feature lighting, BBQ’s and outdoor kitchens.
Land prices: The land component of the advertised price includes the purchase price of the land. The advertised price does not include transfer duty, settlement costs, or any other fees or disbursements associated with the settlement of the land. The land owner reserves the right to alter the price of the land without notice. The information and pricing is correct at time of publication or printing, but subject to change without notice.
Occasionally, the owner of the land may provide rebates or other incentives to eligible purchasers. These may have been included in the advertised price and are subject to change. The land owner may also provide marketing support to Pique Mod Pty Ltd by way of a marketing fee. Where applicable, all rebates, incentives and fees will be outlined within contractual documentation.
Pique Mod Pty Ltd is not the owner of the land but has received permission from the owner of the land to advertise the land for the price specified. Pique Mod Pty Ltd is not a licensed real estate agent and cannot provide advice relating to the specifics of the land, all queries are to be directed to the land owners nominated real estate agent.
Timeframes
Build times reflect the time required to manufacture the selected design in our facility. Build times are subject to the availability of trades and materials. Additional time will be required to obtain all relevant statutory approvals, which are determined on a site by site basis. The build time does not reflect a contractual obligation on Pique Mod Pty Ltd, it’s intended to provide a guide to manufacturing time frames only.
Installation time frames will vary and are subject to site-specific requirements.
