Every bespoke home created by PIQUE starts in our factories, where the design and fabrication can take place, on-site, in a controlled environment. Our combined total of over 40,000sqm of production space in Gnangara, Malaga and Bibra Lake allows strict quality control to bring out the best in our modular homes and commercial buildings. Because every project is different, every home design is crafted in consultation with our clients to make sure that the finished product is something to be proud of.

Jessica Berry - Managing Director
Jessica has over 15 years of experience in the mining, resources, and construction industries as a Construction Supervisor, Business Development Manager, Project Delivery Manager, and General Manager. She worked for construction company BGC in various managerial roles and has overseen large-scale projects for the mining industry. Jess holds masters degrees in Science and Commerce as well as a Diploma in Building and Construction.
Nick Berry - Director
With his local and international experience, Nick has extensive knowledge of the building and construction industries in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has worked across residential and commercial construction as well as in the farming and mining industries. Nick is also a licensed plumber and offers ongoing technical expertise and support across all facets of the business.
Renee Morrell-Brown - General Manager
With her 27 years’ experience in the building and construction industry, Renee brings knowledge, passion, and creative flair to PIQUE. She has worked on several large residential projects from concept to completion, whilst holding various managerial roles, from Administration Manager to Sales Manager, Business Development Manager and Project Delivery Manager.
Michael Raats - Drafting Manager
Michael is a highly experienced Draftsperson, adding nearly 15 years’ experience to the Fox Modular team. He has worked across a wide range of project types including Department of Housing projects, aged care developments, Class 2 walk-up apartments and multi-dwelling estates with up to 100 units, through to high-end individual single, double and triple-storey residential builds.
Brad Hill - Building Manager & Registered Builder
With 25 years’ experience in the building and construction industry, Brad is PIQUE’s registered builder. His diverse background spans cabinetmaking to roles as Supervisor and Senior Construction Manager. In his previous role at BGC, Brad delivered over 1,000 residential and apartment dwellings each year as a Qualified Building Practitioner (102022).
Todd Weaire - Installations Manager
Todd was one of our first employees, commencing as a cabinetmaker and carpenter. He brings more than eight years of modular construction experience, in addition to commercial, civil, and mining construction experience, to his role.
Andrew Jones - Commercial Manager
Andrew has an extensive commercial and project builder background. During his career, Andrew successfully ran a Department of Communities panel program, among other significant achievements. At PIQUE, Andrew provides oversight to the estimating and scheduling works and oversees the designated Project Manager.
Mike Mead - Group Sales Manager
Mike has over 12 years of sales experience, including the roles of Sales Consultant and Sales Manager in new home construction. He develops action plans for his sales team and provides the best customer service possible for PIQUE’s clients. Mike has earned the trust of several companies and maintained strong recurring client relationships over his career.
Ciara Oldham - Operations Manager
Ciara has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, working across various projects and industries. Having owned her own business for eight years, Ciara is multi-faceted and extremely knowledgeable. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Arch Tech.
Katherine Weston - Group Marketing Manager
A new addition to the PIQUE team, Katherine has over 10 years’ marketing experience across the residential construction, media and entertainment industries. Prior to this, she studied journalism at Curtin University and worked for 10 years as a features journalist, editor, and sub-editor at various newspapers across WA.
Taryn Teeuwissen - Financial Supervisor
Taryn brings over two decades of experience as our Finance Supervisor, including management, senior bookkeeping, contracts, procurement, and scheduling. Taryn has worked across the residential, commercial and renovation/extension construction sectors. She recently helped deliver the award-winning Shelter Brewing project in Busselton.
Andrea Parkes - Senior Contract Administrator
Following a 17-year career in the building and construction industry in WA’s Mid-West region, Andrea has become an integral part of the PIQUE team. Previously she ran the office as administration manager of a prominent residential building company, with her roles including client liaison, contract administration, maintenance, and pre-start.
