This custom Kardonay build was driven by a motivated client with a clear and detailed vision for their home’s style, layout and finishes. The result is a custom-designed, contemporary residence that successfully combines innovative construction techniques with high-quality materials.

Featuring clean lines and a harmonious material and colour palette, the home’s striking facade blends Colorbond cladding with timber for a sophisticated, balanced look. Constructed with a steel frame and concrete base, the structure offers durability and stability.

One of the key challenges was the site’s restriction on crane use, which required a creative approach to material delivery and assembly. The team responded by developing an efficient workflow that maintained quality and project timelines without compromising safety. The completed home reflects the client’s vision while overcoming logistical constraints, showcasing a seamless integration of steel, concrete, Colorbond and timber to deliver both function and aesthetic appeal.
